Calcutta Round Table 4 sponsored live IPL Match for underprivileged children

Anando Sangbad: Today Kolkata will witness a significant experience as Calcutta Round Table 4 (CRT4) will take 600 underprivileged children to watch a live match of Kolkata Knight Riders v/s Chennai Super Kings at Eden Gardens. They are from Liluah, Rishra and other outskirts and are coming to witness their heroes live at the mecca of cricket and fulfill their dreams. It is a life time experience for them.

Speaking on the occasion Sri Rajeev Goenka, Chairman, Calcutta Round Table 4 said “I have been into this movement since the last 8 years and it gives me immense pleasure to be a part of this movement that gives me an opportunity to spread smiles in numerous ways amongst those who were not born as lucky as us”

Under this service, we provide these children transportation, food and refreshments, paraphernalia like caps etc and the tickets to watch the game. Their entire day is taken care of by us and we leave no stone unturned to ensure that this memory remains etched in their lives forever.

Calcutta Round Table 4 (CRT4) – a chapter of Round Table India in Kolkata is the first of its kind in Eastern India, with a rich heritage spanning more than half a century. Since then CRT4 has been aggressively working towards upliftment of the under privileged.
